The General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC), Civil Aviation Department, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKCAD) and Civil Aviation Authority – Macao Special Administrative Region (AACM), having signed a Minutes of the Meeting, for the meeting held in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on 15 December 2000, which commits the said Authorities to:

1 participate in the definition of procedures enabling the technical findings to be made only once in a way satisfactory to all Authorities;

2 accept the principles of these procedures and use them exclusively when checking compliance with the local aviation requirements and use their best endeavours to provide experts within the joint teams;

3 make without undue delay the legal findings without further local technical work for those products, services, organisations or persons which have been found to comply with the local aviation requirements of other Authorities;
